Job Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating detailed product documentation, and ensuring the successful implementation of our SaaS member engagement platform. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering:
o Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
o Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
o Create user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Product Documentation:
o Develop comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, system requirements, and process flows.
o Maintain and update documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
o Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and requirements.
o Liaise with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
o Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
